1. Bookings
We recommend our clients book their
date as soon as possible in advance
to ensure the escort of their
choice is available. We will of
course do our best to accomodate
also short notice bookings if
necessary. Bookings can be made by phone, email
or online booking form:
The date is considered confirmed and
binding for both parties after our
written confirmation by email.
Therefore we need a valid email
address from our clients as well as
their phone number in case we have
to get in touch with them at short
notice.
2. Payment
We never ask for prepayments (with
the exception of certain travel
expenses, if any.) Full payment is
due in cash only in an unsealed
envelope and given directly to our
escort at the very beginning of
the date. We accept only Euros
unless otherwise agreed.
3. Travel expenses
Local transportation expenses are
already included for all dates
within the escort's city. In
case of bookings to another city we
will request prepayment of the
actual transportation cost plus an
amount of 50 - 250 Euro as travel expenses for
the escort. Details will be
quoted and arranged individually for
each booking. See also unter 'Rates'
and 'F.A.Q.'.
4. Cancellations and
substitutions
We charge no cancellation fees. When
travel is involved and
transportation cost has been prepaid
the cancellation and refund policies
of the transportation companies will
apply. If for any reason the
selected escort has to cancel
the date we will inform our client
immedialety and suggest an alternate
escort as replacement. We will
never replace a selected escort
without the approval of our client.
5. Compensation
A good and successful date is based
on mutual trust and reliability. We
don't ask our clients for advance
payments (exception certain travel
expenses, if any). In return we also
have to refuse any claims of damages
against us. We expect our clients to
immediately inform us of any delay
or late arrival. Without that
information our escorts will
leave the meeting point after a
waiting time of 30 minutes. In - the
unlikely and hopefully never
happening - case that a client
appears drunk or under drugs our
escorts have the right to
immedialtely terminate the date
without any refund.
6. Confidentiality and personal
information
We are discreet and expect that from
our clients as well. All personal
information will be handled
completely confidential and with
extraordinary care. Our escorts are bound to full discretion.
7. Final & salvatory clause
When a booking has been accepted and
confirmed, a.m. terms and conditions
are the basis of our agreement with
the client. Should any part of these
terms & conditions be invalid
for any reason, it is to be replaced
with a corresponding text, which is
valid and equivalent to the intended
meaning The other paragraphs of our
terms & conditions shall remain
valid.
